Three E’s set Prakash (Prax) apart in his practice: education, experience and expertise. He is known for his exercise base rehab and Needle technique in his clients and he is willing to do whatever it takes to help his clients get their health on track and live their lives to the fullest.
Abundant sport-related injuries and musculoskeletal injuries have landed Prax on several physiotherapy tables over the years and really driven home the significance of integrating countless treatment techniques with an unforgettable experience. Prax knows the importance of providing effective rehabilitation and returning to activity as soon as possible.
Prax exemplifies caring and understanding. His passion in helping people is portrayed through his actions and knowledge. Prax really enjoys finding the missing links in the body and re-educating the body how to move. While he puts his best efforts forward to helping people he understands that not everyone is built the same. For every individual, Prax uses different approaches and methods including manual therapy, active release technique and Gunn IMS/ Dry needling, based on injury and how clients body reacting to treatment.
When he’s not in the clinic you’ll find Prax with his both princess, Amber and Kiana and taking the pictures and biking. Prax is thorough, fun and highly engaged. Prax thinks of physiotherapy as puzzle game – it is important to investigate the root cause and missing link of his client’s pain in order to truly alleviate it!
